There are several tiny moments that requires human intervention in an ongoing bot automation, though we strive hard to make sure the bot answers everything.
With Jumper Live Chat, it's easy to intervene an automation to answer specific queries and even pass it back after resolving them.
In this example, you will see how you can Takeover conversations from the bot
In the image above, you can visually follow the journey of your customer on how they're interacting with the bot. This is clearly depicted by a green band you see above the typing input field. It reads
Bot is active, type a message to pause the bot and take over the conversation.
You will also see in conversations, that is the left panel above that displays a small icon with the bot icon - these are conversations where bots are active
Taking over the conversation from the bot at any time is simply achieved by beginning to reply and tapping Send, for example
This pauses the automation and assigns the conversation to you. You will also notice that the green bar disappears indicating you're now in charge!
