Setup Away Message

Through the Live Chat Settings, you can also setup an away message, to send to your customers who request to speak to support outside of your work hours. 

  1. Go to the Settings tab and click on Live Chat Settings
  2. Once inside the Live chat settings page, navigate to Away Message.

  3. Edit the pre-added message as per your brand requirement. 

  4. Click save.
