Get a unique Chat Link for your agents

The Unique Live Chat link generator enables you to start conversations with specific brand advisors. 

You can embed these links in your website or in your marketing materials. 

Or if your agents/brand advisors manage their private clientele, they can share this link with their client base. 

When a customer clicks this is link, they would be redirected to your business messaging account and would be auto routed to the specific agent/brand advisor. 

Note: This is feature is an add-on and not available on standard accounts, if you are interested in enabling the feature on your account, please talk to your account manager or schedule a demo
Note: This feature is currently available only on the web dashboard but will be soon available on the Assist App as well. 

To find and share unique links for your agents, 

  1. Ask the agent to login into their Jumper account
  2. Navigate to the person icon on the top right corner of the dashboard. 
  3. Click on the down arrow and select edit profile.

  4. If the Unique Live Chat Link feature is enabled on your business account, you'd see the respective section and the link for the agent in the profile page. 

    Depending on the channel and your account setup you may see different links for different channels. 
  5. To share the link simply click on the Copy Link button on the right.
