Not to worry at all, this is an easy fix. 

Here's what you do:
Go to your Facebook Page
Tap Settings
Tap Message Settings

Tap Response Assistance

Go to Automated Responses and toggle it off along with Instant Replies to be toggled off too!

That's all there is to it! Easy peasy :)
