I don't see the LTD on my account

If you are facing issues with locating your LTD please verify the following:

1. Ensure you are using the same email to login, using which you had initially redeemed the code. You should have recieved the welcome email from Jumper.ai. 

2. In case, you recieved a welcome email on the same account, but still don't see the code applied, please verify the below 2 options:

  • ensure you didn't not change your account email after signup. If you did, then your code was transfered to the updated email. If you are unsure, you can email our support with your code, to help find your account. 
  • In the unlikely scenario, if our support able to find your code, there only 2 reasons because of which your account doesn't exist in our systems.
  • a. Your code was sent in the refunds list provided by your LTD provider, at the end of the redemption period. If you think this was a mistake, please ask your LTD provider to email us verified details about your purchase. 

    b. Or you created an account but never redeemed your code. Please note, we only have the data for the codes redeemed and non-refunded and hence can't verify/honor any requests.  
  • If either of the above are true, please reach out to your LTD provider's support for further assistance. 

3. In case you are not able to find any welcome email from Jumper, well, then you never signed up or you are checking the wrong email.
