Can't add team members

If you are unable to add team member please check the following

1. Your plan subscription: By default your plan will only allow a limited number of user roles.

You should upgrade for additional team roles to add more users. 

2. Your account doesn't have permission to add new team members. 

Check with your business account owner to see the permission enabled for your account.

  • Once they have updated your account's permission, you'll be able to add new team mates as members and agents
  • Admin roles can be added only by the business account owner.
