To setup your Business Chat account, you will need to quickly sign in or sign up here with your Apple ID

Once registered, you will see a dashboard like the one below

Tap the icon in green that reads Messages (Business Chat Accounts)

Now click Add new

Acknowledge the policies, terms and conditions

Let's begin configuring your Business Chat account

Next, we'll quickly fill in the Account Applicant details

Pick the account type

Setting up Business Chat - Commercial account

To setup your commercial account, type in the account owner in the technical contact box, followed by the Sponsoring executive (optional)

Depending on your company setup and locations, pick one and tap Next
