Note: The bulk CSV upload option is only available on request. Please contact your account manager for enablement.
To bulk update products using CSV, go to Store > Products and click on the " Add/Import" button on the top right and select the "Bulk CSV import" option
Next, you'd see the below screen, where you will have to upload 2 seperate .CSV data files for your products and variations.
IMP: Before you begin
Before your .CSV or .TSV files for your products or variations, you need to make sure
1. the column formatting matches the identifier type that Jumper accepts
2. you have not, by mistake made any changes to the coloumn headers including adding extra spaces, additional characters, or updated the sequence of the coloumns.
3. your product information is entered using the correct format types detailed in the sections below.
This helps Jumper process your hashed column data to find matches during the upload.
If you face any error during the upload, please make sure to verify your file is inline with the details mentioned here.

Formating Product InformationOnce you have filled all the rows, you can upload the file as show in the image above.

You can ideally choose any combination of numbers and alphabets for as the hashtag.

The details you add here will show in a web view when the customer clicks "View details" button attached to your product cards.
This information is optional.
There are no character limits, however if you are uploading the loading the long description via .csv you can't add images or tables in your long descriptions.Direct image update link image_url The link from where we can upload the image.

You must upload the product file or manually create the product, before you upload the variation file.
