A. Password setup for socoial login and old accounts

All Jumper accounts are now required to have a password for login. If you have previously signed up via a social login or signed up before October 2019, and have not setup your password yet, on your next login via email, you'll be promoted to 
1. Verify your email through a one-time verification code send to your email. 
Enter the code you recieved and then click "Proceed"

2. Next you'd be prompted to add a new password. To ensure your account security, your passwords must have minimum 12 characters. 1 numeric, 1 capital case, 1 small case and a special character.

Click Login after you have added the new password

B. Update password

If you are already logged in to your dashboard, you can update your account password, by clicking on the person icon on the top right and then selecting "Change password"

Next add your new passowrd and confirm. 

Note: To ensure your account security, your passwords must have minimum 12 characters. 1 numeric, 1 capital case, 1 small case and a special character

C. Forgot password

If you are logged out of your account and forgotten your password, go to https://jumper.ai/s/ , enter your email, and click login button.

On the next page click on the "Forgot password?" text below the login button. 

You if you already have an account, you will next recieve a "Reset my password" Button in your email. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. 

Upon clicking the button you'd be redirected to the reset password page. Add you new password and click login to confirm change of your password. 

Account locked


To ensure the security of your account, if there are multiple attempts to change your password, we will lock your account and you'll see the following error when you enter your password

Contact live chat or email support to unlock your account. 

Account doesn't exist: If you have entered an invalid email or an old email which is no longer associated with your jumper account you'd see the error message, right on the login screen. Check and enter your correct login email.
