Here's an example for configuring your openings hours and setting them up for events with special menus depending on the time of day
Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
Open Monday to Friday, from 11am to 10pm
Open Monday to Friday, from 11am to 3pm, and 6pm to 10pm
If you have different menus for breakfast, and rest of the day - you should create two sets of opening hours.
