What to do when your Bot misbehaves

Unintended Responses

When a Dialogflow Agent is connected to Jumper, there might be cases where the ChatBot seems to give unsolicited responses which are not configure in Jumper (Automated Response, Bot Builder etc).

Most of the time these responses are from active Intents in the connected Agent. The most common example will be from [Default Welcome Intent]:

For the best experience with Jumper, consider linking all necessary Intents and deactivating unused Intents.

Unable to login to Dialogflow Agent

This usually happens when there are multiple gmail accounts available on your browser.

Switch to the gmail account used to set up the agent or open up an incognito tab before trying to access your agent!
